Interview Questions / Answers

The first question she asked Mr. Syed Tariq was, What is Reactive Space, and elaborate on their Metaverse services?

Answering this, Mr. Tariq introduced Reactive Space as a Web 3 space, which includes blockchain development for Enterprises, Crypto, and Metaverse. Talking further, he said, their aim is to bring trust and transparency in the process or services, providing security.

Businesses like supply chains prefer transparent, secure, ERP systems. Finances, or normal business services. Blockchain brings trust factor to the companies, and it is a way that cannot be re-edited, whatever entry you make in the business, cannot be modified.

Coming back to metaverse here, he said metaverse is a new thing to people, and it will help them in bringing things faster in case of interaction, shopping, etc. It has an emotional element; people will experience a sense of attachment. When people start adopting those things, they will feel as if they are sitting right in front of each other.

The Pandemic happened, and people were taking interviews, and classes via Zoom. We moved to remote work but here de-tangibility was an issue, but Metaverse solves this issue. People would be able to see their colleagues as if they were sitting next to them.

He further explains it by giving an example,

For Example

I am sitting in my office at home, but I am still serving my office colleagues. Also helping people in the shopping experience. Metaverse made all these things easier to interact with.

The Second question asked by Ms. Poore to Mr. Tariq is, What are the significant considerations which company executives and decision-makers keep in mind while making decisions when planning their Metaverse?

Mr. Tariq replied It Depends on business to business, and what objectives they want to achieve with the metaverse.

He further explained it by giving an example that the company launched Metaverse to entertain employees or consumers, or students, so the Key factor depends on the goal looking to achieve like the concept of the Metaverse classroom. It has its own significance, all they have to think about is the classroom environment, and the kind of education they bring to the table for students to analyse. The only hurdle which is being faced is the de-tangibility part, they cannot feel it and for that purpose, the Metaverse Suit has been introduced, and when both wear suits, the sensors it has triggered.

For Example

If they are going to shake hands, both of them will feel it because of the sensors, and it will feel real, and in the near future, it will come up with many more features.

Ms. Poore further asked, How Dubai would be able to develop this technology and how people will start using it in day-to-day life? In what ways are companies using the Metaverse, and why do they engage with our services? Will it take 5 to 10 years to develop? Or is it taking a fast pace?

Syed replied with a No, he said that it happens faster, and a revolution of technology is taking a fast pace. People have already started using it, to interact with customers, colleagues, etc.

For Example

If you want to go shopping, you enter into any of the brands and there is this specific shop, and you will be able to see all the clothing available, providing you with a representative as well who will guide you.

You will be able to come and consult the customer support people and feel the emotions. The only things they are bringing up, as we interact in real life. Serving the purpose of Bringing people close to each other.

He said he believes in the next two to three years, things will change, and people will start using the metaverse. Whatever happens in the physical world, we are trying to bring the same thing into the world.

He predicted that, In the upcoming years, we may develop lenses or tiny glasses to enter the metaverse as well.

Ms. Poore agreed by adding those that have actually been developed right now, the contact lenses. There are companies out there, like Mojo. Phoenix Arizona area in US, where Arizona University is also experimenting with advanced learning with the metaverse. It’s very exciting.

Ms. Poore moved to her fourth question, What about the Avatars? Are they going to wear clothes, sunglasses, and jackets in the physical world, and what about the Metaverse?

Mr. Tariq replied that those avatars will be based on real-life features, and by taking 360 views of the face, this way the camera will identify the unique features.

He said, Coming back to the shopping part, can we try wearing clothes in Metaverse? No, we won’t be able to wear it but will be able to see it on our bodies. We will be able to see ourselves, wearing clothes like Prints, Colors, etc.

Moving to the last question she asked, How can companies work with you? When you start working in a company talking about metaverse blockchain technology. and business objectives, which leaders need to be thinking about before they embark on the metaverse, what are the ways when you step your clients through the process and work together? Explain briefly

Mr. Tariq replied, We have many clients all over the world, and it depends on what exactly clients are looking for. Those clients have a blurry idea about blockchain, we take their idea, and come up with proposals. Explaining to them How blockchain works? and what it brings to the table like transparency and security, and people won’t be able to make any changes.

He further talked about the supply chain company and the concept of Who which has a specific standard, mentioning it as the stability of the specific temperature, which is guided by WHO, and according to the report most diseases are arising based on not maintaining the temperature which is required for the specific food.

He mentioned in the last few minutes that they are a team of experts, have a great portfolio, and bring new ideas to the table, and implementation.

In terms of property, you can engage and interact with the audience and bring those social gatherings to visit via Metaverse.

Facebook has already launched this feature, named Meta Space.

We are working from different parts of the world. Each team has 10 to 20 employees, and if you have land and a long-term goal or If someone is looking for long-term goals or office spaces, we would love to help them out with the best possible designs.

Ms. Poore ended the conversation by saying that it shows that you have clients all around the world. You have strategists, and support while sitting in a room around the globe. It’s good to know companies even come to you and brainstorm to find a solution. Encouraging people to go to the Reactive Space website, and to avail of their services.

Saying Thank you, and wishing each other well, they ended the interview.
